Terms of Service
Last updated 7 August 2026
These terms apply when you use this website or ask Wild West Towing LLC to perform towing, roadside assistance, recovery or transport work. By sending a request through this site you are agreeing to them.
What this website is
Everything on this site is general information about our services. Sending the tow request form starts a conversation, it does not by itself create a binding agreement to perform a job. A job is accepted when we tell you we are on the way.
This is not an emergency service
If anyone is injured, or a vehicle is in a position that puts people in danger, call 911 first. This form and this website are not monitored as an emergency line. For anything urgent, call us directly at (435) 555-0100.
Prices and estimates
We quote a price before we dispatch, based on what you tell us. That quote assumes the job is what it was described as. If we arrive and the situation is materially different, for example the vehicle is further off the road than described, is locked with the parking brake set, needs a second truck, or requires additional recovery equipment, we will tell you the revised price before we do the additional work. You are free to decline at that point.
Payment is due when the job is complete unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. A trip charge may apply if a truck is dispatched and the job is cancelled after it arrives.
Arrival times
Any arrival time we give you is our best honest estimate at the moment we give it. Weather, road closures, traffic and the jobs already in front of you all affect it. We will keep you posted if it changes. We are not liable for losses caused by a delay.
Your vehicle and your property
- You confirm you are the owner of the vehicle, or that you have the owner's permission to have it moved.
- Tell us about anything that affects how the vehicle must be handled, including low clearance, all-wheel drive, a modified drivetrain, an electric or hybrid powertrain, aftermarket suspension, or a disabled transmission. Damage caused by information you did not give us is not on us.
- Remove your valuables before we hook up. We are not responsible for personal property left in or on the vehicle.
- We photograph vehicles before and after transport as a matter of course. Those photos are our record of the vehicle's condition.
Storage
If a vehicle is left at our yard, storage fees may accrue daily from the date it arrives. Vehicles left unclaimed are handled according to Utah law.
Limits on our liability
We carry the insurance required of us as a licensed motor carrier and we will make good on damage we cause. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost wages, missed appointments or rental costs.
Website content
The Wild West Towing name, logo, artwork and the content of this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. We do our best to keep the site accurate but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or current.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Tooele County, Utah.
